As a child, he didn't have the option of watching TV or playing video games, so he spent his days outside, running and playing. After coming to the United States at the age of 14, Joseph threw himself into whatever sports and activities he could find. He ran track, danced, played soccer, college and semi-pro football, and even dabbled in a little badminton. But when he began boxing, he was immediately amazed at the way it completely reshaped and transformed his body. Following his professional boxing career, Joseph immediately began working on a fitness routine that would heavily draw from the amazing transforming powers of boxing. With his degree in kinesiology and extensive athletic training, Joseph was able to create the safe, highly effective, and incredibly fun program that is now known around the country as OjomohPowerBox. The next step was to get the word out! Joseph, who has more energy than 5 typical men (as you will soon find out), worked around the clock to let people know about OjomohPowerBox. Finally, he got one student to take one of his classes, and he gave her the best workout of her life. The news about the amazing new workout called OjomohPowerBox spread like wildfire from that point on, and Joseph hasn't had a moment's rest since! In addition to being one of the most sought after trainers in Southern California, Joseph is also a devoted husband and father. When people ask Joseph if he ever takes vacation from his unimaginably packed schedule, he replies, "Why would I? My life is a vacation. I get to spend every day changing people's lives, and I couldn't feel this happy anywhere else in the world."
